I have been known for being an empowering leader with an empathetic and creative mind.
I am now passionate to help those who feel stuck in their personal and professional life. Having overcome the loss of a close relative by suicide and a civil war in my teens, leaving my family to get my MBA, moving countries three times, changing careers, going through a divorce and my partner’s cancer, I understand how hard it is to go through a tough period and thrive again.

$75/Session. Having already identified a clear objective and plan and wanting one session help to energize you towards your goal.
$280 or $70/session. Wanting to work on a specific short-term goal. We will work together to identify steps and a plan to reach your goal.
$780 or $65/session. Feeling stuck? Going through a life transition? Not even sure where to start? We will work together to clarify your goals and identify the blocks that are keeping you from thriving.
A life coach is your thinking and accountability partner. To help you clarify your goals, identify roadblocks, and put plans into action. A life coach is forward thinking and helps you to tap into your own resources to solve problems as they arise. As your coach, my ultimate goal is to give you the necessary tools to face and navigate any life situation.
Generally, once a week but frequency can be tailored to your needs.
All sessions take place via phone or video call. It is important to me that you are comfortable with the format of your session. Some clients get anxious with video and find it harder to be open and vulnerable, while others prefer the “face to face”. Whatever your preference, I am happy to adapt to ensure your comfort.
